Accommodation

We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel “Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald” (www.sunstar.ch) and also at some further hotels in the vicinity.

The number of rooms at the Sunstar Hotel to be booked at this rate is limited. The rooms are reserved on a “first come – first serve” basis.

Booking at the conference rate at Sunstar Hotel is guaranteed only for this limited number, and latest until November 20, 2009.

If all rooms reserved at the Sunstar Hotel are taken, the booking at other hotels will also be coordinated by Sunstar Hotel. In this case different rates may apply. Of course you are free to make your own accommodation arrangements. Please be aware that ICANS XIX will be held in a period of “high season”. Therefore we strongly recommend early booking.
